Jamshid Keynejad

Jamshid Keynejad is the Co-Founder of Falcon Private Holding and the Co-Founder and Managing Director of SK Capital Partners. Prior to forming SK Capital, Mr. Keynejad led a number of private investments in a variety of industries both as a principal investor and managing director. Mr. Keynejad’s investments included leading the acquisition and substantial growth of Signet Diagnostic Imaging Services Group, a divestiture from Cardinal Health that was subsequently sold to a private equity firm. Mr. Keynejad began his career at Ernst and Whinney. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Seqens, SI Group and Ascend Performance Materials. He previously served as the Chairman of the Board of IBA Molecular and was a member of the Board of Directors of Halo Pharmaceutical, AEB Group, Addivant, Aristech Acrylics, and Perimeter Solutions.
