Jacob Waern

Jacob Waern is the Founder & Managing Director, Scandinavia at Rocket Internet GmbH.

Before joining Rocket Internet as Managing Director in Scandinavia, Jacob worked as a Managing Director at Groupon in Sweden.

Prior to that he spent close to 7 years in Kinnevik’s media company MTG, several of these as CEO of subsidiaries.

Jacob holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.
