Jack Sinclair

Jack Sinclair joined Matt Blumberg as a co-founder of Return Path in 1999. In his role as CFO, Jack is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operating activities, technology, internal information architecture, and management of Return Path’s financial systems. Prior to Return Path Jack worked at Stern Stewart & Co. and the Financial Resource Group providing corporate finance consulting and investment banking services to small and large corporations. He graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in finance.
