Jack Altman is an American entrepreneur and investor. He is the co-founder of Lattice, a people management software company, where he previously served as CEO and now remains chairman/executive chairman. He stepped down as CEO in 2023–2024 and transitioned toward investing. He is also the founder of Alt Capital, an early-stage venture firm focused on enterprise software and AI investments. In addition to his operating and investing work, he has authored People Strategy and hosts the podcast Uncapped, which features conversations with founders and investors.
