Jacek Zienkiewicz

Jacek's background is in robotics and sensing. He achieved a Master's Degree in Control Engineering and Robotics, specialising in motion planning algorithms for autonomous vehicles. After five years developing novel laser-based distance measurement algorithms and software for SICK AG, he moved to London to pursue his research interests. He earned his PhD with the Robot Vision Group at the Department of Computing, Imperial College London. His research aims to develop a dense visual perception system suitable for mobile robot navigation and guidance.
