J. Todd Sherman

Todd joined Camden Partners in 2007 and is the Vice President of Finance and Chief Compliance Officer. He has over 15 years of experience working with public and private companies. Todd serves as a resource to portfolio companies in the areas of accounting, financial reporting, SEC reporting and regulatory compliance. Todd earned a B.S. in Accounting from Messiah College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
