Ingo Bednarz

Ingo Bednarz has served as LOGICnow’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since July 2014. He was previously a corporate law associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private equity, and venture capital investments. He was a key advisor on a number of billion dollar acquisitions. Prior to that, he was a corporate law associate at Clifford Chance in Frankfurt, Germany. Ingo has a degree in law from Saarland University, Germany and an LL.M. advanced law degree in US corporate and commercial law, from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, CA. Ingo is a member of the Frankfurt, Germany Bar Association.
