Howard Wilson

Leading the strategic and internal execution of the company, Howard Wilson serves as Chief Commercial Officer at PagerDuty where he is responsible for providing ongoing customer value and leading efforts that empower people and decision-making. Wilson brings more than 30 years of software, services and operational management experience. Prior to PagerDuty, Wilson oversaw the SaaS business at Dynatrace, the leader in Application Performance Management. Previously, Wilson was Chief Operating Officer at Keynote where he was responsible for all customer-facing operations. Wilson also served as Senior Vice President of Field Operations at Ventyx, where he was responsible for a broad portfolio of functions including business planning, sales operations and recurring revenue operations. He spent 14 years at Oracle in various senior leadership roles. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Psychology from the University of South Africa
