Howard G. Barnett, Jr.

Howard’s previous professional experience includes serving as Managing Director of TSF Capital, LLC. as well as Chief of Staff for Governor Frank Keating from 1999 until 2003. He was Oklahoma’s Secretary of Commerce and the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that Howard served as the Director of Business Development for The Official Information Company. Howard Barnett currently serves as President at Oklahoma State University in Tulsa. In addition to the above, Howard was a former member of the Boards of Directors of Hillcrest Hospital (executive committee), Tulsa Philharmonic Society (executive committee), Industries for Tulsa, Inc.(executive committee) and Tulsa Industrial Authority (past chairman).
