Helen Chiang

Helen Chiang joined American Securities in 2012. She is a director of Learning Care Group and SpecialtyCare. Previously, Helen was a vice president at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, where she focused on business services, consumer/retail, and restaurant investments. Helen also held prior roles at Warburg Pincus and Weston Presidio/Dorset Capital. She started her career as an investment banking analyst in the Global Media & Telecommunications Group at Morgan Stanley. Helen has an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics and International Studies from Yale University.
