Hak-sung is a Director who joined the firm as a starting member of KIP's PE Division in 2012. Previously, he worked at Eugene Asset Management(spun off to Dominus Investment), where he led private equity investments for the company's growth funds and NPL funds, as well as the Korea Express Mutual Fund and three wine funds. Before that, Hak-sung was an investment officer at Macquarie International, where he managed the Global Star Korea Fund and a Korean movie theater buyout fund. As a Certified Public Accountant, Hak-sung started his professional career at Samil PriceWaterhouseCoopers. At PWC, he performed financial audits and M&A advisory services, and also conducted internal control process projects for local conglomerates. Currently, he manages Korea Global Infra Corporate Recovery Private Equity Fund(KRW 170bn). Hak-sung studied Economics at Seoul National University and is a Certified Investment Manager(KOFIA) as well as a member of KICPA.
