Guillaume was a senior banker at Jefferies in their European digital media practice and was previously part of the team at LongAcre, a corporate finance boutique acquired by Jefferies in 2007. Advisor and investor to the tech economy, Guillaume is a renowned investment banker, an expert in M&A and private placements for technology businesses in Europe. Over the years he has applied his passion for deal-making to exciting and amazing businesses such as: Prodigy Finance, Synthesio, Monese, Ecovadis, Dailymotion, Hyves, VNU, Yahoo!, Marco & Vasco and Zoover.
