Grazia Oliva is Head of Operations at Innogen Capital. She has over 7 years of experience in corporate environments and global firms, focusing on compliance, legal structuring, and strategy. She served as a Corporate and Legal Advisor at Marinasol (Peru), leading due diligence processes for financing and AML compliance. Additionally, she worked at Deloitte in the Tax & Legal department, focusing on corporate advisory, legal structuring, and regulatory compliance for corporate clients.

She hold as Bachelors degree in Law from Universidad de Lima (Peru) with an emphasis on Corporate and Financial Law. She holds a Global MBA from INCAE Business School and an International Diploma in Corporate Finance from ESAN.
