Graham Carroll

Graham is a Principal at Lytical Ventures. He has a broad set of responsibilities that range from helping manage fund operations to participate in the investment decision process. This includes interacting with the back office, portfolio companies, and the venture ecosystem. In addition, Graham helps source deals, provides diligence, and assists the Partners with any board responsibilities. Graham previously worked at Undefined Labs as a Investor. He attnded the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Prior to joining Lytical Ventures, Graham was the Director of corporate finance at Docker and VP of Operations at Tutum, both venture-funded software companies. Graham has held positions in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s financial institution's group and two closely held private investment funds. Graham holds an MBA, MAC, and BS in business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
