Grace is currently Director of Supply Chain Strategy at McCormick, and she had her roots in the start-up world. She was a key member of Epicurean International, a leading natural food brand that was acquired by McCormick. She is currently leading the effort in understanding how technology is shifting the landscape of CPG companies and designing strategies to ensure that supply chain organization can adapt and thrive in the new environment. In her previous capacity, she worked on diverse projects from acquisition integration, product innovation and strategic planning. She combines her passion in food, technology & entrepreneurship in active community work. She is an active member of the LA Food Policy Council to advocate good food for all, an inaugural member of LA Chapter of Pipeline Fellowship to change the face of Angel Investing, and was a volunteer mentor to entrepreneurs at SCORE LA, a non profit dedicated to helping small business entrepreneurs. Grace is a global citizen who has worked & lived in London, Hong Kong and San Francisco. After years of traveling and moving around the world, she is glad to finally find an awesome place called Los Angeles that she can call home.
