George's industry experience includes pharmaceuticals, industrial electronics, and consumer package goods, with functional expertise in general management, operations, marketing, and market research. Most recently, George served as a Vice President in Quintiles Consulting's Market Analytics practice. After an initial stent in consumer product management at General Foods, George spent 10 years marketing electronic test equipment at Teradyne in Boston. Feeling the need to scratch the entrepreneurial itch, in 1989 George joined Eidetics, a vc-backed startup focused on improving information exchange in the medical world. Over the next 20 years, Eidetics grew to be recognized as the premier market research and consulting firm serving the global biopharma industry. George guided the firm as Managing Partner through its acquisition by Quintiles in 2008. George earned a BS in Computer Science from MIT, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
