Gary was a Senior Director at Hughes Network System, and previously the Communication Satellite Corp. (COMSAT). Prior to HNS, Gary was a Founder of Telogy Networks, a company that was a pioneer of Voice over IP technology. Gary received his BS in Computer Science Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a MS in Engineering Management from George Washington University
