Garry Tan

Garry is the founder of Initialized Capital and a board partner. He currently serves as the president and CEO of Y Combinator. Before founding Initialized, he was a designer and engineer and was a partner at Y Combinator. Garry cofounded the blog platform Posterous, which was acquired by Twitter in 2012. His career also includes being an early member of Palantir, where he designed the company’s logo.
