François-Xavier joined PAI in 2015 as a member of the Portfolio Performance Group. He has 20 years of experience in management and consulting in Europe and Asia. In particular, he headed up the Healthcare division of Arjowiggins, leading the turnaround, and piloted the growth of Lucibel, a cleantech start up. He built his experience in strategy and business development at the Boston Consulting Group and in Schneider Electric’s strategy department. François-Xavier graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris in 1993, Sciences Po Paris in 1994 and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. His French and English are fluent, and he is conversational in Spanish.
