Erika oversees day-to-day administrative operations and supports the partners and team members in Lux's Menlo Park office. A California native, Erika began her career supporting sales and marketing executives for various Silicon Valley tech startups. A foodie, sports fan, admirer of the arts and nature lover, Erika is an avid Humane Society supporter. She can usually be found with her dog in tow looking for their next adventure.
