Erik Schultink is a software engineer and founder, and CTO of Worklytics, a data-driven talent development platform. Having spent a bunch of years at start-ups, he is passionate about the challenges of building and growing a team - seeing that as the core part of being a technical leader at a young company. He believes that to build a great company, you must hire smart people, empower them, and support their growth. Data and machine learning can make all of these decisions faster, fairer, and more agile.He was also a CTO at Tuenti and attended Harvard University.
