A seasoned technology executive, Eric is the Chief Information Officer at PagerDuty, where he leads the company’s global IT strategy, data management, AI and enterprise systems. He has a proven track record in driving digital transformation, delivering complex enterprise cloud solutions, and leading global technology teams that enable business growth and innovation.

Before joining PagerDuty, Eric served as CIO at SurveyMonkey, DocuSign, and Talend, where he built and scaled high-performing IT organizations, strengthened go-to-market alignment, and fostered collaboration across global teams. Earlier in his career, he spent 12 years at Informatica, where he helped architect the company’s transition to a modern SaaS and hybrid IT environment.

Known for his strategic vision and ability to bridge business and technology, Eric also advises early-stage companies on global IT strategy, advanced data analytics, leveraging AI, and digital process transformation.
