Edwin Lacierda

Prior to being a COO of PayMongo, Edwin Lacierda was a Cabinet Minister and the Presidential Spokesperson of Philippine President Benigno S. Aquino III during his entire term from 2010 - 2016. To date, he is the longest serving Presidential Spokesperson who serve in that capacity. Prior to serving in government, he was a Constitutional Law Professor, a legal practitioner, and a legal resource analyst for Philippine tri-media dealing in politics and law.
