Edward is currently chairman of two companies, a director of two others and of a charitable trust. He has been chairman of a number of 3i-invested companies as well as others including the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre; and Director, Industry and Enterprise Development with the Scottish Development Agency. In addition, he has been a Director of TSB Bank Scotland and Watson & Philip. Edward has been associated with the Group since 1999 and joined the Group Board on the Company's inception in 2003.
