Dongping Li

Dongping Li is an expert in mobile internet industry and venture investment, with a focus on Haiyin's investments within China and specializing in telecom and mobile internet. Prior to joining Haiyin, he was vice-president of Frost & Sullivan China, with executive roles at Datang telecom and CCID Consulting. He holds a Doctor degree of communication and Information Systems from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunication.
