Dhyanesh Shah

Dhyanesh is an Associate at FIL Capital Advisors (India). He has eight years of experience across private equity, consulting and family business management. Most recently, Dhyanesh was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he led projects advising large conglomerates as well as emerging firms across multiple sectors including financial services, principal investments (PE and M&A), outsourcing services and infrastructure. Prior to McKinsey, Dhyanesh was a software consultant with i-flex Solutions (Oracle Financial Services), focusing on the “Flexcube” internet banking platform. Dhyanesh holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (industry scholar), and a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
