Deborah Wedgeworth

Ms. Deborah Hope Wedgeworth is a Director of Quantitative Management Associates LLC. She has held a number of senior legal positions related to financial institutions risk management and governance. Most recently, Ms. Wedgeworth served as Chief Counsel of Global Compliance at Citigroup. Prior to that, she was a Vice President and Managing Director of Audit and Risk Review, Legal and Compliance at Citicorp/Citibank, N.A. Before that, Ms. Wedgeworth was an Attorney with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. She currently chairs the American Bar Association's Banking Law Subcommittee on compliance, audit, and examination. Ms. Wedgeworth is also a past Chairman of the National Bar Association's Task Force on Banking. She is a Director of Jennison Associates LLC. Ms. Wedgeworth earned a Law degree from The Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College.
