Dean Hawes is an accomplished engineering management professional with proven leadership abilities who has a record of success working in aerospace, defense, and various commercial industries. For over 25 years, Dean has guided the development and delivery of complex products and systems, including innovative science and communications satellites and supporting ground systems, launch vehicles, state-of-the-art weapons control systems for helicopters and tanks, military missiles, instrumentation for scientific research, cutting-edge telecommunications products, and fuel-cell systems for transportation applications.
