Dawn Marriott-Sims

Dawn Marriott-Sims is an Operating Partner at HgCapital and the Executive Chair of Kinapse, an Hg backed business, providing Life Science services.Before joining HgCapital, Dawn was a Board Member and the Joint COO of Capita plc, a FTSE 100 company during her time of office. She was responsible for 6 of the 11 operating divisions and also led Group IT, Group HR and Group Talent, who delivered services to the 75,000 employees. She is a Board member for the Institute of Collaborative Working, the driving force behind ISO 44001.
