David W. Julier, Portfolio Manager – Mr. Julier joined DCM in 2007 and is responsible for Real Estate investments within DCM’s Private Markets Group. Mr. Julier provides the private equity team with real estate recommendations in the evaluation of investment opportunities.
Prior to joining DCM, Mr. Julier worked at Dow Chemical Company as a Finance Manager where he was responsible for recommendations on alternative investment opportunities. Mr. Julier also was a Business Development Manager responsible for client relationship development and sales operation support for Mold-In Graphic Systems, a global manufacturer of polyethylene parts. Prior to joining Mold-In Graphic Systems, he worked at Bank One as a Vice President and Relationship Manager in Commercial Real Estate.
Mr. Julier earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University.
