David Heidecorn

Mr. Heidecorn is a Partner and Chief Risk Officer of Catterton Partners. He attended Columbia Business School and Lehigh University. Prior to joining Catterton, Mr. Heidecorn was the Chief Financial Officer of Alarmguard Holdings, Inc. (AMEX: AGD). In 1992, Mr. Heidecorn joined Nantucket Holding Company, a merchant bank specializing in the acquisition and management of troubled companies and the consolidation of fragmented sectors within the consumer products and services industry. From 1986 to 1992, Mr. Heidecorn held various senior positions in the Corporate Finance Group of GE Capital, including heading up the Restructuring Group for the Northeast. Mr. Heidecorn received a B.A. in Economics from Lehigh University, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia Business School.
