David Hathaway

Mr. David R. Hathaway was a Managing General Partner at Venrock Associates, since 1980. Mr. Hathaway was Managing General Partner of Venrock III, L.P. since 2000 and Venrock Associates II LP since 1995. He was Managing General Partner of Venrock IV, L.P.; Venrock V, L.P and Venrock I, L.P. He joining Venrock in 1980. He served at Sprout Group, Automatic Data Processing, G.A. Saxton & Co. and Morgan Guaranty Trust Company. He serves as a Director of 2nd Century Communications, Tantivy Communications and Li Medical Technologies, Inc. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Elm Street Ventures.
