Cofield is a highly accomplished business leader and founder with over 30 years of experience in operational roles. She is the Chief Operating Officer and partner at Harmonix, a venture capital fund that invests in companies at the intersection of healthcare, life sciences, and deep tech. Cofield provides strategic support to the fund and its 40+ companies and founders.

Cofield has managed and led teams of up to 45+ in various verticals, including interior lifestyle brands, import and export, and the entertainment industry. She is also an accomplished recording artist signed to Sony and Universal Music. In addition, she was honored to be made an ambassador for the 46664 Nelson Mandela Foundation. Cofield’s unique specialty lies in coaching, negotiating, and evaluating character to assemble successful teams. She brings this expertise to her role in Venture Capital at Harmonix, where she helps identify and invest in companies with high potential.
