I am a 30+ year technology veteran, 3 out of my 4 IPOs came from companies I joined in stealth or pre-money. I am inventor/co-inventor on 22 patents. I was the youngest person to serve as a Group Manager at Microsoft. I have a track record of identifying and scaling winners, having joined three of four IPO companies, including Splunk at the pre-money or stealth stage. As the founding head of product from stealth mode to IPO at Splunk and a member of the senior executive team for 7 years, I established and scaled all core teams, functions, and processes across product management, product marketing, support, services, documentation, and education. At least 1/3 of Splunk's ~800 employees at IPO came from my direct network, my cold call sourcing, and referrals from their networks. Executive Scale: As Chief Product Officer at CloudBees, I led a 200+ member global product organization spanning engineering, product management, and marketing. Today, I serve as an Investor, Board Member and Strategic Advisor to Omar Autonomous.
