Charles is passionate about helping companies better use enterprise technology and has spent almost two decades driving corporate efficiency via innovative software solutions. Prior to co-founding Vérité, he founded Tangoe, an enterprise software company that went public in 2011. At Tangoe, Charles built out the company’s professional services organization, developed its customer success program and ran its product management organization. He established and ran Tangoe’s global customer user group. Charles’ focus on empowering teams that listen and respond to customers helped transform Tangoe from a two-person start-up to a publicly traded global leader in the telecom expense management space. Before Tangoe, Charles ran an alternative fuels company which he sold to Boone Pickens’ Mesa Inc and prior to that, he started and grew a telecommunications equipment company that helped companies save money and increase efficiency through better technology. Charles holds 5 patents, has published numerous articles and has spoken at numerous customer and industry events. He graduated from Georgetown University and earned an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School of Management and a Masters in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania through the Lauder Institute.
