Camilla Junqueira

Camilla Junqueira is Managing Director of Endeavor Brazil, a global organization present in 30+ countries that works to catalyze long-term economic growth by selecting, mentoring, and accelerating the best high-impact entrepreneurs worldwide. She took on the challenge in February 2018 with the mission of promoting an ecosystem that will increasingly stimulate the growth and impact of Scale-ups in Brazil. During her five years in the organization before taking office, she had seen significant results in her work of escalating the impact of the organization - Endeavor guided public debate on high growth, created Scale-up Summit and Day1 - the biggest events in Brazil for Scale-Ups, and helped inspired and capacitated millions trough Endeavor Portal, which reached the mark of 7.5 million unique visitors by 2017.
