Bruce M. Hernandez

Prior to co-founding Spire Capital, Bruce M. Hernandez co-founded and was Chief Executive Officer of Waller-Sutton Media Partners, a private equity fund focused on the media and communications industries. Prior to Waller-Sutton, Bruce was the Chief Financial Officer of Horizon Cellular Group, a cellular telephone company with operations in six states. While at Horizon, Bruce was responsible for all aspects of the company's financial operations and oversaw the sale of the company for approximately $570 million. Prior to joining Horizon, Bruce served as Vice President - Finance of a company involved in the cable television and cellular telephone industries.
