Bronson Pate

Bronson Pate has more than 15 years of experience dealing with regulatory and technical issues related to Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) for numerous industries, especially the refining and petrochemical industry and chemical plants. He has worked with facilities to develop and manage LDAR programs, including those subject to US EPA LDAR Consent Decree (CD) requirements and has participated and/or lead over 300 CD LDAR audits at facilities throughout the US. With this experience, he has gained in-depth knowledge of equipment leak fugitive emission source monitoring, tagging, and LDAR database management and is familiar with multiple regulations including local, state and federal. Bronson has used his knowledge and experience in LDAR to provide basic, advanced, and expert skills training for EPA Method 21 monitoring and other LDAR related trainings. He has also implemented and led international business related to LDAR within China, Malaysia, Singapore, Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, and Europe. He also has extensive knowledge in API 622, API 624, API 641, TA-LUFT, and ISO 1500. Besides LDAR, Bronson has experience dealing with air quality compliance and permitting issues for refining, petrochemical, and natural gas processing industries.
