Bo Xu

Mr. Bo Xu joined NLVC in August 2016, with the focus on investment and post-investment management in TMT sector. Prior to NLVC, Bo worked at Gunderson Dettmer and DLA Piper as a corporate/IP attorney and provided legal advice in corporate and securities law, private and public financings, cross boarder M&A, strategic alliances, technology protection, and IP licensing and commercialization to startups, emerging growth and public companies, and VC/PE firms in China and the USA, respectively. Bo has also served in CN Solar, AutoChina, Sina and Merrill Lynch in different roles, gained extensive experience in corporate strategic planning, business development, sales and marketing, public relations, finance and operation. Bo received his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law, an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a Computer Engineering emphasis from UCLA. Bo is also a qualified attorney in the state of California.
