Bill is a member of Longbow’s Management Committee.
Bill is the Chairman and owner of Cogent Elliott Group (the longest established UK independent advertising agency). Bill has over 40 years of marketing communication experience with clients ranging from Jaguar to Jewson and Milton Keynes to Maryland Cookies. Bill also has a wealth of VCS experience, including; Director of Welsh National Opera, Development Council - City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Chairman of the Lady Katherine Leveson Foundation, Chairman of the Birmingham NSPCC Centenary Appeal, Former President of the Birmingham NSPCC and Trustee of Thinktank, (Museum of Science & Technology. Bill is an active Council member of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising, a member of the ISBA, CIM and The Marketing Society.
