Beth joined TCV in 2019 as a Principal in the Portfolio Operations team to stand up a Talent Center of Excellence. In addition to working with investment teams and portfolio company executives, Beth oversees TCV’s external advisor program. Prior to TCV, Beth led a workforce transformation as Chief Human Resources Officer at Vertafore, a SaaS company jointly owned by Bain Capital and Vista Equity Partners. Earlier in her career, Beth held a series of finance, strategy, and operations roles across the Corporate Executive Board, Ericsson, and Alliance Data Systems.
