Beth S. Horowitz serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Women's Venture Capital Fund. Beth Horowitz has been Corporate Director of HSBC Canada Asset Trust and Non-Executive Director at HSBC Bank Canada. She serves as a Member of Canadian Advisory Board at Catalyst, Inc. She serves on the Boards of Harvard Business School Club of Toronto and also serves on the Advisory Boards of the Schulich School of Business and Catalyst Canada. Beth Horowitz served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Amex Bank of Canada. She spent 22 years with Amex in a variety of leadership roles including Senior Vice President, International Product Strategy & Development and Vice President, Quality and Reengineering. She also served as a Vice President, Strategy & Business Development, Global Network Services at the firm. She served as a Senior Advisor at the McEwen Centre for Regenerative Medicine. she chaired the Amex Bank of Canada board. She served as an Independent Director of Aimia Inc. She served as a Director of EnerCare Inc. In addition, she served on Amex’s Global Diversity Council. She is past member of the Board of Governors of the National Quality Institute. She is a highly respected executive with vast senior management and board experience. Beth Horowitz received an M.B.A. from Harvard University's Graduate School of Business Administration and a B.A. degree in Medieval and Renaissance European History from Cornell University where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She holds the ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
