Benjamin F. Phillips

Benjamin F. Phillips is the Head of Asset Management Global Advisory Services at Broadridge. Ben has advised some of the world’s largest asset managers, wealth managers and other financial services companies for more than 20 years. His areas of functional focus include strategic planning, global distribution design, operating models and organizational structure, M&A and due diligence, and the U.S. intermediary marketplace. His areas of geographic focus include Europe and Asia, as well as North America. He is based in New York. Ben earned master’s degrees in business administration from Columbia Business School and London Business School, and holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Boston University.
