Benjamin Cadars

Benjamin is the CPO at Welcome to the Jungle.

Previous to Welcome, he joined PeopleDoc in 2008 as one of the 1st employees. Starting in business development before switching to Product management in 2011, he helped grow the business from $0 to $100M in revenue. He became the 1st product manager, driving the product roadmap in collaboration with the engineering team. As VP Product, he recruited and led a talented team of Product Managers, UX Designers, Visual Designers, Writers, Localization Managers and Documentation specialist.

He launched multiple product offerings that are now part of the UKG product portfolio.
