Ben is a member of the Property Funds Team at Bridges, working on all real estate related investment activities. Prior to joining Bridges, Ben was an Associate in the European Real Estate Investment Banking team at Barclays Capital. Here he gained experience in the origination and execution of various M&A, equity, debt and structured finance transactions focusing solely within the real estate sector. Ben studied Real Estate & Corporate Finance at the McIntire School of Commerce (University of Virginia) and holds a First Class Honours B.Sc. in International Business Management from the University of Birmingham.
