Avril joined Mumbai Angels in June 2015. She heads Operations and Member Engagement. She brings with her 10 years of experience in the field of Learning & Development. With a passion to connect to people she has mentored many in the BPO world – from executives to top management individuals with companies such as Wipro - American Express and Delta Airlines, Hutchinson Global/Tech Mahindra. She moved into the Hospitality industry & pursued her passion for customer excellence. Her driving force is her ability to recognize and retain certain nuances of people which makes the member-led business more efficient.
