Arne Kroeger works as analyst with the Social Venture Fund since January 2010. In addition, he works at the Institute of Management and Organizational Behavior of the Leibniz University of Hanover and completes his doctoral thesis on social entrepreneurship, in particular social impact measurement and impact investment. Arne Kroeger has presented his research results at academic conferences in Oxford, Boston, Syracuse and New York and has contributed to developing a framework on scaling social impact for the World Bank Group. In the context of his research, he stayed for two months in Singapore with Impact Investment Shujog conducting an impact assessment for an organization in Bangladesh. Arne Kroeger holds a diploma in business administration from the University of Hamburg. Before his doctoral studies he has worked for three months in an aid development project in Sri Lanka and has accomplished several management internships.
