Anupama Ramesh

Anupama oversees Agiliance's professional services, quality assurance, software release, and technical documentation teams worldwide. In her role, she is driving standards, regulations, and procedures to produce, verify, evaluate, and confirm compliance to industry benchmarks and product requirements. She instills a "quality culture" within the organization, which is also reflected in the company's release processes and technical documentation. In addition, Anupama is leading the company's best practice consulting, integration, and training services. Anupama brings more than 16 years in quality assurance and technology services experience to Agiliance. Prior to joining Agiliance, Anupama served as Software Release Manager at DemandTec™ (now part of IBM®), assuring timely and high quality product delivery to customers. Before her tenure at DemandTec, Anupama led the quality assurance and software release teams at Impresse™. Anupama spent her early career as a staff engineer at Pure Atria™ Corporation (acquired by Rational Software®, now part of IBM). Anupama holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
