Anton Qiu

Mr. Anton Qiu is a partner of Kuanroad Capital. Mr. Qiu is also a co-founder of Anchor Pacific Capital and a managing partner of APC US Core Fund I, both are based in San Francisco. Anton has been an active angel investor in Silicon Valley. He is currently the Vice-Chairman of San Francisco – Shanghai Sister City Committee, a former Executive Managing Director of one of the largest commercial real estate firms in Northern California (he has nearly 30 years of experience in commercial real estate in United States and was involved in commercial real estate transactions valued at close to $2 billion dollars). Mr. Qiu was a former director of The Pacific Bank, NA, a public listed bank on NASDAQ, he was also a former director of Greater-San Francisco Real Estate Association and a former director of Chinese American Real Estate Association of America. Mr. Qiu was a guest-lecturer in UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and Shanghai Jiao Tong University’s Overseas Education College in the past. Mr. Qiu is a frequent guest-commentator in many US main-stream newspapers, magazines, TV and radio stations regarding commercial real estate market activities. He has also written articles in many North America and Hong Kong magazines and newspapers for the similar topics.
