Andy Howard

Andrew Howard, MBA, PMP has over 25 years of project management, operations, and leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and Biotech industry. Prior to joining Ray Therapeutics, he was the Executive Director of R&D Program Management at Allergan, where he led the integration of Retrosense into Allergan and was the Core Team Leader for the RST-001 program. Additionally, he was the collaboration lead and core team leader for the joint development program with Editas Medicine that advanced CRISPR-Cas9 therapy to the clinic. He has deep experience in all phases of pharmaceutical and biologics development in multiple therapeutic areas, with multiple INDs, FIHs, and NDA/MAAs to his credit. Previously, Mr. Howard worked for Baxter Healthcare, Eli Lilly, Covance, among others.
